JBLCF-Bacolod to Undergo QA Internal Audit

The System QA Internal Auditor, Mr. Joaquin G. Evidente will conduct a periodic internal audit on October 7-9, 2009. The scope of the audit includes the following:

* QMS Manual & Procedure, Circulars & Memos
* Verification & effectiveness of the corrective actions and closing of the previous audit findings
* Action taken on last year's DNV Audit result
* Bureau Veritas current audit observations
* Action taken on AAO/AAC results
* Other areas of interest

Senior department heads and head of various offices are requested to attend the opening meeting on October 7, 2009 at 8:30 in the morning JBLCF-B conference room. The closing meeting will be announced later.
